this is the method you would like to use and we can send you a PayPal invoice
via email. From there you can logon and pay via your credit card? Or you can

2. Credit Card Via Fax
We can except all major cards except American Express via a Credit card form via
fax.? Please let us know that you want to use this method and a sales rep can
either fax or email you a credit card form.
3. Postal Money Order
Once you receive total from our sales representatives, please get a Canadian or
US Postal Money order made out to CCW for the total amount, and courier it with
your invoice attached to
